So... what have I been up to this week? Well, I have to admit, I've been a little lazy about reading. I've got review books, sure, and new releases I want to tackle, but I've needed to take some down time and step away from reading for a couple of days. So my distraction came in the form of a ghost, a vampire and a werewolf... all living under the same roof. Yep, that's right. I've been watching Being Human (the US version) on Netflix this week. I had already seen the first three seasons when they originally aired on Syfy but never got to watch the last season. When I saw it was now available to view, I decided to start from the beginning. I'm acutally sad this series ended. I enjoy all the mischief and crazy situations Aidan, Josh and Sally get themselves into. If you haven't watched it, you should. It's really good. I've been a long time fan of this series, having started it when the British version aired on BBC America. And honestly, in my humble opinion, they did it better. Don't get me wrong. I love the US version but the UK version was much more campy and a bit on the dramatic side as George, Mitchell and Annie waded through what it meant to be supernatural. And I love that kind of thing! Not to mention, the actors were brilliant.
But now I'm back to reading and this week, I'm tackling the amazing third book in the "Judge Me Not" series by S.R. Grey. Just Let Me Love You wraps things up for Chase and Kay and I'm about half way through it and loving it! I can't wait to see what happens at the end.
Next on the list is Double Betrayal by Ada Frost, then Throb by Vi Keeland and then on to Second Debt by Pepper Winters... all of which I'm so freaking excited to read and share with you!
