BOOK BLURB:
Vaughn Spencer.
They call him an angry god.
To me, he is nothing but a heartless prince.
His parents rule this town, its police, every citizen and boutique on Main Street.
All I own is a nice, juicy grudge against him for that time he almost killed me.
Between hooking up with a different girl every weekend, breaking hearts, noses and rules, Vaughn also finds the time to bully little ole’ me.

I fight back, tooth and nail, never expecting him to chase me across the ocean after we graduate high school.

But here he is, living with me in a dark, looming castle on the outskirts of London.

A fellow intern. A prodigal sculptor. A bloody genius.
They say this place is haunted, and it is.
Carlisle Castle hides two of our most awful secrets.

Vaughn thinks he can kill the ghosts of his past, but what he doesn’t know? It’s my heart he’s slaying.

5 Stars!

The Review:
This is the golden ticket!

This book had everything... and I mean everything, I love in a romance.

Angsty. Dark. Emotional. Full of feels. A seriously hot, brooding hero with a belligerent, yet compelling personality. A quirky, original heroine who outshines everyone around her. A well thought out plot full of twists and turns. An enjoyable yet tumultuous story filled with vibrant character situations and reactions. And red-hot sexy moments alighting a love/hate kind of enemies-to-lovers romance that’s fascinating and addictive!

The characters...
Vaughn Spencer - Mysterious. Aloof. Fierce. A little bit broken. And enraged at the world.
The ultimate Angry God.
He’s definitely the son of Vicious - hottest of the hot-holes from the “Sinner of Saints” series. Vaughn has secrets and a plan for revenge. What he didn’t count on was falling for the girl he vowed to hate. Vaughn’s character was a murky mirror image of Vicious. They were cut from the same cloth, held the same patterns and were torn and stitched up in much the same way. Don’t get me wrong. It wasn’t a replica of Viscious’s story, but an extension with its own living, breathing parts. I loved Vicious and I love Vaughn. Both men ripped my heart out and left it a bloody mess on the ground. Vaughn’s story was absolutely worth the delicious, angsty and heartbreaking feels I got while reading. I loved every minute of it.

Lenora - aka, Good Girl - was perfect! Spirited. Wounded. And completely real. She first met her angry god when she was nine. And right from the start, she knew his impact on her life would be profound. She meets him again when she’s a teenager and she sees something she was never meant to see. Then she meets him again in her last year of high school, only this time, she’s experienced life and tragedy and she’s armored against the angry god... or so she’d hoped. All this ignites an explosive push-pull between two raging storms. Lenny and Vaughn literally took my breath away. Their story consumed me. And their passion gave me all the lusty, angsty feels. Lenny battles hostile enemies, mean girl antics and navigates a distant family that has long since been broken. And she does it with the grace of a goddess! I just loved her.

The chemistry...
Vaughn and Lenny’s chemistry was combustible! They just lit the pages on fire. And their banter? Pure gold! They really were suited for one another. Two intricate puzzle pieces that perfectly matched, held together with something unique and complicated.

The story...
Told in dual POV’s, we get both sides of the story, which I LOVED! Spoiler alert... We even get a bit of Vicious and Emily thrown in there which I REALLY loved!

And the writing was both intelligent and wonderful, the story tragically beautiful.

The conclusion...
This book was magnificent in every way! I can’t wait to reread it.
