My name is Essa Brant, and I’ve just made the biggest mistake of my life. By trusting someone I shouldn’t, by forgetting I’m in love with a dangerous man with many enemies, I now find myself caught up in some very dire circumstances.

I’m learning, though, that when all is lost, there is still something you can hold on to: hope. Well, I’m holding tight with my last and final hope that Farren will save me.

My name is Farren Shaw, and when I discover the woman I love has been abducted I am ready to go to any lengths to save her.

I will kill and destroy for Essa. After all, it’s not like I haven’t done these things before.

Only problem is, when I do find Essa and finally tell her all the things I’ve been keeping from her, will she still want me?

Fast-paced and exciting, Inevitable Circumstances promises to leave your pulse racing, while your heart roots for love to win in the end.

Exciting Sequel To An Amazing Duology!!

The Review:
Inevitable Circumstances is the fast paced, energetic, sexy conclusion to Inevitability. From the moment these character appeared on the canvas, you could tell that things were headed to a dangerous and complicated fallout. Essa, Farren, Rick and Haven endured a lot in the first book and the mastermind behind the whole thing wasn’t through with them yet.

Essa has been taken by Dawson and Farren is left to sort out the clues to her location before it’s too late. We get a duel POV from both Essa and Farren which I loved because we really get to see what’s going on in their heads. There’s a new player on the canvas and it could go either way as to whose side he’s on. I loved that we just didn’t know in the beginning where Justin’s loyalties lie. His character added a lot to the story and I enjoyed his part.

Farren and Essa were in a terrible situation and have a lot to overcome. She has to learn who and what he really is and Farren’s afraid the first woman he’s ever loved will reject him once she finds out his truths. Farren’s love and devotion for her was sexy and Essa’s unconditional love and acceptance for him was sweet. I just really enjoyed these two together. Not to mention, their passion was HOT!

Wish List...
As much as I enjoyed this sequel, I wish some of the plot points had been sorted out a bit more. Farren is this major player in a secret organization, a first class sniper, an assassin, but when the woman he loves is kidnapped, he sat back for days and left her safety and well-being in the hands of a stranger, someone he allowed to take the risks not knowing the outcome. I didn’t think that fit his lethal, alpha male character. I kept expecting him to take charge and mow down his enemies to get to his girl. I also wanted less of the “convenient” circumstances and interruptions that always occurred. I like it when the unexpected happens or things get messy. I like it when the characters find themselves in a terrible situation but find a way out themselves or when the author isn’t afraid to put the characters through their pain or heartache. That feels more real than convenient interruptions just as the situation becomes dire.

The Wrap Up:
Even with my wishlist, this was still a quick, fast paced, light read with interesting characters and a great story. I loved Farren and Essa and the ending was just fabulous, but I’m sad to see their story come to a close.
